Tiny's Adventure;;
Bright white clouds clothed the sun in wispy feathers, letting soft light filter down in patches. A sweet wind stirred the vivid green of the town, encouraging certain new trainers to get moving while the spicy scent of fresh roses pushed people to work. The thirteen year old standing aside a willowed fruit tree tried to not tempt herself with the relaxing action of falling into the silky, squishy moss. No, she was leaving Morningleaf Town today to start her own Pokemon adventure, and she promised herself this morning she would not delay.
“Alright, let’s do this shizz,” Tiny confidently told Biggie, flashing a grin so certain her father would have praised her. The Growlithe beamed with ivory fangs, excitement etched within his amber eyes and a bark happily ripping from his canine throat.
“Let’s go!” The teenager bravely said, breaking into a sprint so fast she thought she could leave the rest of this world behind her for a brand new start. “Growl!” Biggie exclaimed, racing next to his trainer with such agility he could be labeled as a professional police dog. The duo looked like burning fire against the eerie greenery of Morningleaf Town’s borders, the way they stumbled across ledges and hopped through new flowers. Yeah, in an aspect the trainer and her Pokemon were new flowers, but they had yet to bloom in this world.
Tiny did want to get away. She wanted to leave the memories of her dead father behind, all the gross and strange remembrances that would tease her at night. She wanted to learn so much in the time that would follow that she could simply forget all the pain and instead learn the way of Pokemon. That was her mission, the reason she hugged her mother at 6:00 in the morning and the reason Biggie seemed over-excited over the past few weeks.
A new adventure. A fresh start. New experiences only waiting to be lived through.
“Ouch,” Tiny said with a giggle as she tripped on a pebble. Her chin met soft grass, and Biggie gently pulled his trainer up with ivory teeth. The two shared a good bark-laugh before they continued to walk on out of Morninleaf town’s borders.
