I was thinking of starting a small project on something like this, except with made-up Pokemon instead, but for now I'll just keep it with the normal ones. Basically, what Pokemon would there be where you live?

For where I live, it would mainly be Stantler (since there aren't any normal deer Pokemon...), maybe Pidgey and its evos, Electrike and Manectric, Starly and its evos, Glameow and Purugly, Houndour and Houndoom, Ladyba and Ladian, Hoothoot and Noctowl, Weedle and its evos and Combee and Vespiquen, Farfetch'd, Sableye (there are a lot of ghost stories here), Omanyte and Omastar (there are a lot of ammonite fossils here), Poliwag and its evos, maybe Vulpix and Ninetails (there aren't any normal fox Pokemon...), Hoppip and its evos, Snubble and Granbull, Smeargle, Tauros and Miltank, maybe Scyther (and Scizor, maybe), Tailow and Swellow, and Surskit.

If you can tell, I live out in the country...

Definitely the Pidgey, Starly, and probably Hoothoot lines. Murkrow, too. Pachirisu (it's a squirrel, right?) and Buneary's line. I'm sure there'd be some Stantler around.

And Volbeat and Illumise would probably live here. There's fireflys out right now. =D

If there was a mosquito Pokemon, that would definitely live here. >_>

I live in the city. ^^; So...Caterpies and their evos and other Pokemon of the...caterpillar type, maybe some Delcatty/Purugly/Houndour/Growlithe for pets, oooh Pidgeys fit in everywhere, and yeah. That's all I can think of right now. XD

Let me think.... In an Urban Area where I live, there must be Pidgeys, Taillows and Starlys. Jigglypuff, Voltorb, Electrode and Porygon can be everywhere whereas Growlithe, Glameow, Skitty and Meowth can possibly be domestic animals.

If I open my mind, there should be lots of them but I only wrote the most common that there will be.

This is a great topic and therefore I will not let it die.

Poliwag and evos in the pond near my house, maybe Mudkip as well, Stantler, Poochyena and Mightyena in the forest and maybe Vulpix as well. Pidgey and evos, Starly and evos, Taillow and evos, various birds, Pachirisu stealing our birdseed (not to mention the turkeys, although I can't think of any Pokemon to represent them), possibly some electric types in this power plant looking thing that I can see from the top of the hill, although that's pushing it some (part of me wants to say "Zapdos yay", but...). Glameow and Purugly, maybe (I can't think that Meowths would be here for some reason), Caterpie and Weedle in the forest, probably Lotad and other Pokemon that like marshy places (Crogunk? I don't know). Electrike would like the power lines at the top of the hill, there are probably some grass types in the forest, and maybe some others I can't think of at this moment.
