He has at least 150 more posts than kronakitty, he is the most active, and he seems to know the place.

I think he deserves a mod position. Anyone agree or disagree? I haven't been here long enough to judge fairly.

Although I am not gonna argue with the fact that he is undoubtedly qualified, small communities, simply put, do not need moderators. From experience in having run a few before, all it becomes is a power stuggle. Having Zeph+Kronakitty and that's it serves this place well (I wouldn't call the MC mods 'mods' since I assume you're referring to G-Mods). Handing out positions not needed only leads to trouble. By the way, I don't think it's your or my decision either way :S. Unless you wanna play Kronakitty for a day, and I can be Zeph =D...'n' pick up all sorts of magical pixel powaz! >D

P.S.-post counts are like sell-by dates~a tier above meaningless...granted, they do give you a very general idea of someone's level of activity.

The truth of the matter is, I'd have to agree with Illegible on this one. We just don't need more moderators, what with the activity on the forums being what it is(which isn't necessarily such a bad thing, we're just kinda small.)

Although I know IMX will have a warm fuzzy feeling on viewing this topic, and would in all probability make a great mod...

Sorry, but as we aren't a huge community, more mods is unnecessary. Zephyr and I are perfectly capable of handling a forum of this size on our own. ^^

IceMasterX is a really good member and if we did needed more mods IMX would definitely be considered.

However, as of now, more moderation isn't quite needed.

I have to agree with that, it is acceptable illegible.

While it's true that IMX would be a good mod, had we needed additional moderators, postcount isn't a good thing to determine whether someone would be a good mod or not. If there was a member that had 2,000 spammy posts and a member that had 200 well-thought out posts, should the person with 2,000 posts get the job? Nah. Postcount, like Illegible said, is just a rough estimate of activity.
