Title: The Rebirth

GlaceonTrainer - May 4, 2008 03:30 AM (GMT)
Why, hello everyone.
I'm here to simply announce the rebirth of the old. The rebirth of me, GT. I died as a sad, lonely, n00b. One that enjoyed the use of smileys, that make most shudder in their sleep. One that talked in all caps a good percentage of the time. One that had no sense at all. But that GT is gone, as stated, dead. Now, I am reborn as a more mature person. One that hates even seeing any sort of smiley. One that only uses caps every now and then. One that has much more sense than before. That is the new, reborn, GT. The rebirth of GT.

Well, now that I have all the BB code obsession out of me, I can start talking like the 'tween' I am; not some old poet that talks like the above all the time. So, yes, in case you didn't understand anything I said in the first paragraph: I'm back, and now as a "non-n00b". Time at Kronakitty/Spottedleaf's WARRIORS Role Play, Blazing Silverpelt, has done some good to me. It's matured me; it's made me a decent writer; it's even made wiser. So bless her heart for making it, I'm a much better 'person' now.

As for what brought me back, it's simple. The fact Anniku - now BlabberGost - is back really is what made up my mind. Though I had, in blunt terms, been thinking about coming for a long while, the fact she came back really pushed me the rest of the way. Besides, I can always use a nice, mature, Pokemon forum.
Much love,
Ember/GT

Ember, you have been a great friend. I don't know what to say anymore, but I'll say at least something - together, with other members of EVF, I hope we can all pull the forum back together. Make it more active, with people on daily with at least five posts a half-day. Or something like that, whatever. =3 I just hope we can all pull this forum closer together into the friendly community it truly is~

Welcome back, GT/Ember/whatever you want to be called! I despise smilies myself, and wish there was a way to disable 'em by default. However, I can't stop using emotes... D:

In any case, this forum could definitely use a little more activity.

BlabberGhost - May 4, 2008 04:18 AM (GMT)
when you post, there's something by the emots that says "Enable Emots?". Uncheck the box. :3 That'll make emotions at least not appear in your posts~ Nothing to stop them by default, unless the admins were to delete them completely.

Welcome back! =) It's good to see old members returning~ I end up using smilies at the end of almost every sentence. *fights urge to put a smily here* Ehehe... hope you have a good time here!

I think she means the smileys at the side there. *shudders* I only used those when I was a complete n00b and didn't know there was actual emoticons behind those. *shot*

Hey, welcome back, Ember! I never knew you came here, actually. You'll certainly do this place some good. ^^
