Look's good. =] But the shading on Chikorita's front right/left leg is a little too dark. Try lighting it up so it'll blend better. Oh, and think about a Latias & Latios devamp to G/S/C Generation please? Use the D/P sprite as base. =]]

I've never done Devamps, and Silver nosebleeds and Shadow likes that..

Mmkay, comments. Most of your sprites look like they have multiple light sources- that's generally not a good thing. Pick a light source and stick with it throughout the entire sprite. And don't worry about how the original sprite was shaded; your objective is to make it the best sprite it can be, not to keep as much the same as you can.
Also, make sure the shading follows the shape of the Pokemon. A lot of your sprites have relatively straight shading- they should be curved and rounded with the Pokemon.

Ah, you found my weakness list. :O I'm trying to fix those all the time.
