At my school, students can get permission to sell things at school. So my friends and I decided to sell pom pom creatures. We made a bunch of them, wrote down the motion, submitted the motion to school meeting, then went to school meeting, sat through a bunch of stuff, then the people there decided that our motion should be amended, and so the motion for the amended motion to appear in the next school meeting was passed.

This is what we wrote (some names changed):

Spherical, Apricot, Pikachu, Bob and I would like to sell pom pom creatures and related items.
Signed, Cynda E., Spherical, Apricot C., Pikachu P., Bob

The person that said that we should amend the motion did have a valid reason; it was missing details, for example, when were we going to sell them? However, that same person assumed that we had never done this before. I thought that motion through before I wrote it and the details were left out for multiple reasons (one of which is, if we choose a certain day, and then there's a snowstorm on that day and school is canceled, we can't sell them the next day). We have done this before and we know what we're doing.

However, we don't have to amend the motion if we don't want to. So we won't, and we'll explain why we won't next meeting. I'm partly just annoyed at myself. I could have spoken up, but I didn't. And because I didn't, we're going to have to wait another week to sell. Agh.

Aw man, that's sucky ): Although whenever your little pom pom creatures are sold, I hope they sell well for you!

By the way, what are these little pom pom creatures? I don't think I've seen them before, but they sound familiar. They sound cute xD
