It's apparent that you haven't read the rules. No, you can't talk whatever way you want. You're on EVF, so you need to follow EVF rules. The rules clearly state chatspeak is not allowed.

Why? Most civilized forum-goers do not use chatspeak. It's also much more difficult to read than proper English.
