They look rather disproportionate. :/ The Azurill looks like it's squashed, and the outlines on its ears aren't curved smoothly. The Luvdisc hardly looks like a heart-shape any more.
Furthermore, you didn't seem to change the poses at all from the official sprites. Isn't that the whole point of scratch spriting, to create the Pokemon in a new and original pose? They're all practically identical to what they look like in R/S/E.
They're pretty decent, though, in the grand scheme of things. ^^ Just try to do things a little neater and a little more original.

Yes, you tried. ^^ I'm not saying they're junky at all-- they're quite good sprites, really. I just gave you some advanced crit, and yeah, I was cranky at the time. |D; Keep trying!
