Hi! Hazelmist here. Long story on this forum username I'm using, so I won't bore you on that. ^^ Anyway, hi, and yes, how do you make that? I've been wanting to learn for a while now..

I have Photoshop. *hugs Photoshop* Funny thing is we have two computers. [No, that's not the funny thing] One of the computers is horribly old [not that old, a couple of years] and it has Photoshop 6, but if I remember correctly, it was never installed. The other computer had Photoshop 7 installed. *hugs* And we didn't have to pay for it; my dad's friend gave it to him.

So I went onto Photoshop and the Internet and found a pretty kitty piccy and a piccy of a snowy tree and pasted it onto the banner... yeah, I had to cut part of it so it would fit... the snowy thingy was on the first layer and the kitty was on the second layer... and I got the circle selection thing and set the feather to 20px and cut off the edges of the kitty picture until it blended in. And then I typed in the text [I forget the font] and that was on a text layer. And then I clicked the fancy f near the layer toolbar thingy and clicked, drop shadow, inner glow, outer glow, bevel and emboss, satin, and stroke. I forget the settings... and then I flattened the image and added a color balance adjustment layer and made the pic blue... then green... then I went to Render-> Clouds and then Difference Clouds on each layer...

Argh, that was long, and I'm not even done. I don't think I made sense, actually. I skipped a part, too. Darn. To sum it up, I just Googled some Photoshop effects a while ago and when I made the banner I just used all that info and made it into a fluffy banner. The end. I'm pretty sure they can explain it better...

Um... ok. I have Photoshop, but I don't really know how to use it. XD So I'll try figuring it out, and if I fail, I think I'll just do as you say and google it. Thanks! ^_^

EDIT: Ok, now I have a kitty pic. What would you say would make a good background for Hazelmisty? (grayish-blue cat with hazelish-green eyes)

EDIT AGAIN: Actually, I don't have a kitty pic. The only one that looked like her was on Flicker, and apparently, everything I save off of their turns blank. >< Grr.. maybe I should take out my camera and take a picture of the pic..
