Try to save your work as .PNG. If you save it as .JPEG (as you are doing now) it covers the art in little irritating fuzzy pixels known as artifacts, which are general nuisances and are quite a pain to clean up.

Um, i save my pics as bitmaps. NEVER JPEGs, i know they are fuzzy!

Ah, you're saving as .Bmp, I see your problem. Photobucket has a nasty habit of converting bitmaps into .jpegs. Use Imageshack or save your pics as .png instead.
