Ok, I haven't been here in awhile (I know, I sound like a broken record :P )

So, I remember their rule to the RPG about starting Pokemon, but I can't find it. I think the rule stated that you can have any non-ledgendary and it had to be the first on it's evo chain.

But back then 4th gen Pokemon were forbidden because they didn't have english names. SO are they allowed now? or...?

Of course they are. :3 Thanks for pointing that out. I'll amend the rules.

Along that line, neither Manaphy nor Phione are allowed, because they are still theoretically legendaries.
