On my forum, I can't find where the ENABLE FAST REPLY thing is in the Admin CP. I really need this - where is it?

On the Admin CP, click on New Forum, or click on Manage Forums to edit another forum, look for 'Postable Forum Options' and look for 'Turn on the Quick Reply Box'.
