THis is the Baby pokemon face-off!
You have 5 heal points and five hurt points. You may split them up as you like.
You may vote every time two other people have voted since you're last vote.

That's already been answered- FWF thought Wooper looked enough like a baby Pokemon to be classified as one.

Well, that does make sense. I've actually always thought of Wooper as a baby pokemon. Maybe because it is a Pre-evo that came in in G/S/C.
