Why is the last user rank Wurmple? Why not Entei, Suicune or Rakiou? Wurmple isn't that...um...high-and-mighty...

Wurmple is neglected and forgotten, it deserves to be the final rank...or at least that is what I have always assumed it to be...

Because it's funny, that's why. There are probably dozens of other boards that have Wurmple or Caterpie as the final right, because it's funny.
(and because Wurmple owns all other Pokemon. Seriously)

Wurmple > Magikarp. Magikarp actually turns useful. Besides, it's way overused.
