Title: Shadow Versus Npc
Description: Bulbasaur versus Zigzagoon
Zephyr - December 10, 2006 03:35 PM (GMT)
Your opponent is a level 1 Zigzagoon.

Female.
It has 25 HP. You may use any attacks your Pokemon learns by level 1, plus a default tackle attack that does three damage.
Arena: Xerolabs battle room (Undeveloped). There is one skylight up top, but it is so covered by grime that it barely provides any light. The entire floor is covered in dust, and there are empty indents in the floor presumably meant for water.

Okay, then, I shall ask Bulbasaur to use Tackle.
Took me long enough to choose an attack, eh? XD

Round 1
The Zigzagoon and Bulbasaur both take their stances at opposite ends of the battlefield. Their paws scuff the dust as they circle, wary of each other. The Zigzagoon is the first to attack, emitting a deep-throated growl that makes the Bulbasaur shudder. The grass Pokemon then dashes forward, if a bit reluctantly, to strike the Zigzagoon with its body. The Raccoon Pokemon rolls to the side but gets up immediately, not extremely affected.
Zigzagoon- 22/25
Bulbasaur- 25/25 [ATK -1]

Hmm... I'm going to be boring and have Bulbasaur use Tackle again. Ahaha... *hides from people waiting to hit her with a large paper fan*

(Poor you, Bulbasaur only knows tackle. You could try different strategic approaches to it.)
Round 2
Bulbasaur moves its little stubby legs quickly, bounding over to the raccoon and ramming it with the side of its body. The Zigzagoon is thrown into one of the pits meant to hold water and whimpers pitifully as it gets up, scrabbling at the edges of the tank before finally clambering over the edge. It jumps forward at Bulbasaut, tackling it as well. Bulbasaur takes the blow without showing any substantial sign of pain.
Zigzagoon- 19/25
BUlbasaur- 21/25 [ATK -1]

Ah, really? XD Strategy it is.
Okay, Bulbasaur, try tackling the Zigzagoon so it falls into one of the pits! That might hurt it a bit more than just a normal tackle.

The bulbasaur smiled, its owner having given it this little bit of strategy to use. The pokemon stood there just... waiting... for a minute, wanting the other pokemon to attack first. The zigzagoon gave in though, and swiftly headed toward bulbasaur in another tackly attack. But bulbasaur was ready. He dodged out of the way as Zigzagoon threw itself through the air, and the zigzagoon landed unsteadily on the ground. Bulbasaur took advantage of the situation, and hit Zigzagoon very hard, as well as make it fall in the biggest pit on the field. Zigzagoon hit the bottom hard, taking in more damage. But it got up, and somehow managed to achieve enough energy to jump out of the whole. It now stared with deep anger at the bulbasaur.
Zigzagoon: 15/25 (Zephyr hasn't been taking into account bulbasaur's attack loss, so I won't either)
Bulbasaur: 21/25 [ATK -1]
I am a ref of Xerolabs now, in case you didn't know.
